New Year, New Blog Post!

Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like I haven’t posted in three years (yikes!). I haven’t forgotten about my blog, I just haven’t made it a priority…until now. I’ll admit, part of me is afraid to put my stuff back out here and part of me doesn’t know which direction this blog site should go considering that I have entered into a slightly different/unique field. If you have read my last couple of posts, I went back to school and completed a Masters degree in Biomedical Communications. I was hoping to document some of my work that I was doing at school on here, but that unfortunately did not happen. Needless to say, grad school takes a lot of time and dedication, but it was all worth it!

Anyways, this all goes back to what I want this blog to be and should I keep going. I do like the idea of posting from time to time, it just may not be as frequent. I’ve also went back and reread my very first post explaining the purpose of this blog and it still holds true to me- “My creative journey to discover, grow, and inspire.”  With that being said, I think I’ll leave it at that as a little reminder to myself.

In the mean time, if you want to see my latest work and what I did in grad school, check out my official website here. If you have any questions about biomedical communication/medical illustration, don’t hesitant to send me a message or comment below. Also, stay tune for some exciting news- let’s just say it has to do with revisiting an old project.
